Have you contacted the mobile provider to get their opinion? It almost looks like they keep disconnecting the unit for some reason.

What does your signal strength and signal quality look like?

About how often does this problem happen, and does it happen around a certain time of the day?

Does the unit ever remain connected for a "long" period of time?
