You could look at the .MAP file generated for your program to see what function contains the address FE:EB1D.
Can you compile and run a one of the simple sample programs in the Samples directory? It sounds like there's an error in your program, and it's crashing the debug kernel compiled into your program as part of the BIOS.
Are you choosing to "Compile to Target" or "Run (F9)" to not only compile the program but start running it? Try just compiling to the target device -- the debugger should be stopped in main() waiting for you to start the program.
You could single-step through your code to find out where it's crashing, and start looking for your error there.
